How To Send 1,000+ Cold Emails Per Day (2025)

Updated December 2024

There are many ways to send 1,000+ cold emails per day.

However, there is only one way to do this without going to spam.

In this article, I show you my four step process for sending a thousand cold emails per day while landing in the primary inbox:

1. Set up email accounts
2. Connect email accounts to Emailchaser
3. Create campaign
4. Monitor results

1. Set up email accounts

Google Workspace email accounts have the best deliverability.

This means that if you send cold emails from Google Workspace email accounts, then your emails are more likely to land in the primary inbox (not spam).

The only problem is that if you send more than 40 cold emails per day from a single email account, then your emails will probably go to spam.

This means that in order to send 1,000 cold emails per day, you need to set up 25 email accounts, each sending 40 emails per day.

2. Connect email accounts to Emailchaser

The next step is to connect your Google Workspace email accounts to a cold email automation tool like Emailchaser.

Emailchaser has a feature called “inbox rotation” that allows you to rotate the email sending between all of your email accounts.

I mentioned above that you would need to create 25 email accounts to send 1,000 cold emails per day (assuming each email account sends 40 per day).

If you use a tool like Emailchaser, then you’ll be able to have the sending rotate between all of your email accounts automatically, so that you don’t need to manually send emails from each account.

You can connect your email accounts to Emailchaser in the “Email accounts” page.

3. Create campaign

After you’ve connected all of your email accounts to Emailchaser, you can then create a campaign.

You can upload your leads to the campaign, and also select which email accounts you want to use.

You are also able to choose when your emails are sent, such as which days of the week and hours in the day.

The reason why this is important is because when you launch a campaign, it doesn’t blast all of the emails immediately. Instead, it spreads the sending volume over the course of a few days or weeks, in order to look natural and avoid spam.

4. Monitor results

The final step is to monitor your results.

If you use Emailchaser, then there is an Analytics page that shows you key metrics.

If your campaign has a response rate of under 2%, then I recommend that you don’t scale it.

When sending high volume, if your response rate is low, then your email accounts are more likely to get blacklisted by ESPs.

So it’s important to monitor initial results before scaling.

Even if you have the infrastructure set up to send 1,000+ cold emails per day, it’s not a good idea unless your response rate is at least 2%.

Frequently asked questions

Can you send 1000 emails per day?

Yes, it's possible to send a thousand or more cold emails per day. However, you need to set up sufficient email accounts to reach this volume.

What’s the best way to send 1,000 cold emails per day?

The best way to send a thousand cold emails per day is to set up 25 Google Workspace email accounts, with each account sending 40 emails per day.

Final thoughts

If you want to send 1,000+ cold emails per day, then I recommend that you follow my four step process:

  1. Set up email accounts
  2. Connect email accounts to Emailchaser
  3. Create campaign
  4. Monitor results

Although it’s technically possible to send more than a thousand cold emails per day, I recommend that you instead build targeted lead lists.

Sending a high volume of emails will likely result in your email accounts getting blacklisted.

A better and more sustainable strategy is to launch “evergreen” campaigns that target people that have already performed an action that implies that they need your product or service. This results in a higher response rate and healthy email accounts.

You can learn how to do this in my article How To Create An Evergreen Cold Email Campaign.
